Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, language, pages visited, request times, diagnostic events, and privacy preferences.
• Information you provide when contacting support or using account features.
• When you connect Google: identifiers of accessible advertising accounts, campaign settings and statistics, reporting metrics, and keyword planning or research results available through the Google Ads API.

Google authorization and account access

Prismum accesses Google Ads data only after a user signs in with Google and grants the requested OAuth permission. We receive access tokens and the identifiers of Google Ads accounts the user is authorized to manage. We do not receive the user's Google password. Access tokens are treated as confidential credentials and are used only to provide the requested integration.

How we use information

• To provide and secure Prismum features, answer requests, and diagnose errors.
• To measure site performance and improve content in line with your privacy choices.
• At your request, to analyze advertising performance and research keywords. We do not use Google data for unrelated purposes or sell it.

Google user data

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access is limited to the data needed for the requested feature.

Prismum does not transfer Google user data to data brokers or use it for personalized advertising. It may be processed by infrastructure providers acting on our behalf or disclosed when required by law.

Sharing and human access

Google user data is not sold, licensed, or shared for advertising. Infrastructure and security providers may process limited data solely on Prismum's instructions and under confidentiality obligations. Authorized Prismum personnel may access data only when necessary for security, support requested by the user, legal compliance, or maintenance, and access is limited to the minimum required.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as needed to operate the relevant feature, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use access controls, encrypted transport, and organizational safeguards, although no storage or transmission method is completely secure.

When an account is disconnected or a verified deletion request is completed, Prismum deletes or de-identifies stored Google Ads data and revokes or removes stored authorization credentials, except for records that must be retained for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons. Any such retained records remain protected and are not used for another purpose.

Your choices and deletion requests

You can revoke Prismum access in your Google security settings, disable optional analytics, and request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing vip.41243@gmail.com. We may verify your identity before completing a request.

A deletion request should identify the connected Google account or Google Ads customer ID and the data to be deleted. We will confirm receipt and process a valid request without undue delay. Revoking access prevents new Google Ads API requests but does not replace a deletion request for data already stored by Prismum.
