The series of coins showcases the remarkable biodiversity of Kazakhstan, representing rare and endangered animal species on its commemorative coins. Experts from the National Bank employed various modern production technologies, including color and digital printing, as well as the use of holography and precious stones. One of the outstanding specimens is the silver coin 'Tiger', adorned with diamond inlays, which gained international recognition by winning two prestigious awards for beauty and technology at a competition held in Canberra, Australia, in September 2010.
