The SYǴANAQ Coin Dedicated to Syganak
SYǴANAQ is a commemorative coin dedicated to Syganak, one of the largest medieval cities of the Great Steppe in the territory of present-day Kazakhstan.
In the 13th to 15th centuries, Syganak was an important center of trade, crafts, and culture along the routes of the Great Silk Road. The city held a prominent place in the development of medieval urban culture in the steppe region.
