The 50 tenge coin "Kyzylorda" is dedicated to one of the cities of Kazakhstan and is part of a series highlighting the country’s architectural and historical landmarks. It was struck in nickel silver, and the coin weighs 4.71 g. On the obverse, the denomination "50 tenge" is placed in the center. In the upper part there is an ornamental eight-pointed rosette, and in the lower part there is an element of the national ornament. To the right of the denomination is the abbreviation "QUB". A raised rim runs along the edge. On the reverse, the coat of arms of Kyzylorda is depicted in the center. Around the circumference is the inscription "Qazaqstan Respublikasy", and the year of minting, 2015, is also indicated. The inscription and the date are separated by dots, and there is also a raised rim along the edge.
